3. Is the mixer attached to the electric winch, do they operate together and who does the set-up/installation? THEY WORK TOGETHER AS, AS THE DRUM FILLS UP THE MIXER MUST GO HIGHER. IT IS A SIMPLE INSTALLTION; IT JUST BOLTS TO THE WALL.
4. The issue of repairs/ maintenance/ and cleaning of the machine? VERY SIMPLE IT CAN BE DONE BY YOURSELF. - DIRECT DRIVE MOTOR.
5. What is the market value of the mixer? - R68 000-00

1. What is the size of this Tank, and what is it used? IT HAS AN 800 LT CAPACITY - BUT YOU DON'T MIX UP TO THE TOP OTHERWISE IT WILL MIX OUT OF THE TANK.
2. What is its market value? - R23 000-00
3. What voltage do I need?  - YOU NEED 3 PHASE POWER (380volt) the MOTOR IS 7.5 KW.

1. What are the formulas currently used by the competitors? PVA, SHEEN, ENAMEL AND RED PRIMER.
2. What formula is in more demand? ALL TEN WHICH IS SUPPLIED TO YOU.
3. In what quantities do they come and how much do they cost? YOU PURCHACE THE RAW MATERIALS IN MINIUM OF 25 KG'S BATCHES EACH - YOU WILL NEED +/- R10 000-00 PER FORMULA FOR STARTUP FOR PACKAGING AND RAW MATERIALS - OBVIOUSLY A LOT OF THE RAW MATERIALS WILL BE ENOUGH FOR 10-20 FURTHER BATCH MIXES. YOUR PRODUCT COST WILL BE R3-00 PER LITER FOR A CONTRACTORS PVA AND R15-00 PER LITER FOR WASHABLE SHEEN.
4. Who supplies the raw materials and packaging? - THE SUPPLIERS (manufactures) OF THE RAW MATERIALS AND PACKAGING ARE SUPPLIED TO YOU TO PURCHASE DIRECTLY.

1. Where does the training take place? AT OUR HEAD OFFICE IN DENEYSVILLE.

* Is there Royalties on Turnover?

NO THERE IS NO ROYALTIES ON TURN OVER. ONLY A MONTHLY LICENCE FEE, STARTING AT R500-00 PER MONTH, SHOULD YOU WANT AREA EXCLUSIVITY.
